I’m constantly gushing about the wonderful effects journaling can have on your mental health, but did you know it’s also a wonderful way to get you slaying your business goals?
Journaling is not only a fun hobby, but it can also turn into a really powerful tool to help you take control of your emotions, track your thoughts, and get rid of habits that set you back.
Another amazing thing journaling can do? It helps you recognize some of the patterns that are stopping you from achieving your goals. Moreover, it can improve your productivity by helping you take note of where you’ve previously gone wrong, what you could have done better, and what changes to make to avoid it from happening again.

One of the things I love the most about journaling is that it helps you keep track of your wins (both the small and the big ones).. By tracking your progress and successes, you’ll feel a sense of achievement that will push you to continue focusing on working towards your goals.
Tracking your successes will inspire you to continue wanting to get things done – regardless of any setbacks that may come your way (I encourage you to keep track of those as well, as it will give you tools to tackle them better in the future).
2. IT WILL eLIMINATE DISTRACTIONS
Distractions are pretty much inevitable, but what makes a difference is how you handle them.
If you constantly find yourself diverting your attention from your to-do list, then journaling is a great way to overcome this.
Keeping track of the things that take your focus away and recognizing the negative impact it can have on your work will ultimately make you conscious of them and give you tools to get rid of them.
